General Order terms
PricingAll rates are quoted in SEK and inclusive of VAT. Subject to unforeseen price & currency fluctuations. Upon sale / promotion / offer so in specified prices while supplies last alternative to a specific date if written. Notice of final sales come through mail or phone and not directly through the web- shop .
Order
In order to shop with us you must be over 18 years of age or have parental consent.
Right of withdrawal
According distance agreement , you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your goods or substantial part of it . The right applies only if the item is materially unchanged. When exercising the right of withdrawal , the customer is responsible for the return cost, and that the goods will arrive intact. If the customer wishes to switch to another product, you will be charged shipping fee. At campaign where we provide " Free Shipping " , we charge shipping on any exchange of goods . No right of withdrawal applies to sale merchandise . Always contact us before you return an item so we can email you a return form thus we DO NOT pick up your package at any agent . We only accept returns sent via DHL or Posten (Not Schenker ) . If you have chosen to pay by invoice ( Klarna ) a service fee will be charged even if you return the product . You are also required to pay the basic shipping out to you even if you return your product.
Return Shipping
When replacing or return , you as a customer for is responsible for shipping costs. Always contact us before return and we will email you a returnform thus we DO NOT collect the package at any agent . The shipping fee will be charged differently depending on the amount of goods and its weight. Generally we charge postage as follows : 1 item - 69kr/way , 2-3 goods - 119kr/way, subsequent goods 69kr/way.
Warranty / Complaints
Rambo ® Rugs from Horseware are qualityblankets with high standards of durability and function. Therefore Horseware leaves 3 year warranty on these blankets. To take advantage of this warranty , you must yourself self register with Horseware . The following Rambo ® blankets have extended warranty :

When ordering you state your personal details : name , address, telephone number and personal / corporate information. When you register , you agree that we store and use your information in our business to follow up on our commitment to you. DHL Domestic
Your products are delivered to the nearest delivery tied to DHL. To see where your nearest collection point is located please visit www.servicepoint.se . Enter your cell phone number for SMS notification. Note: be careful to write the correct mobile number. Price : 69: - for orders under 1500 SEK . For orders over 1500 SEK is the free shipping.
DHL Foreign
Your products are delivered to the nearest delivery tied to DHL. Enter your cell phone number for SMS notification. Price : 299 : - .
Post Domestic
Your products are delivered to the nearest delivery tied to the Post. Enter your cell phone number for SMS notification . If you need delivery by mail so you need to choose this delivery method , it will then cost 50 SEK extra.Pris : 69: - for orders over 1500 SEK . For orders over 1500 SEK is the free shipping.
Post Foreign
Your products are delivered according to your country's postal procedures. Price : 199 : - .
Availability
We will send your package within 5 days after you have placed your order . If we do not have the item in stock , it takes about 7-10 days extra. At longer delivery time than 14 days we will contact you . You can not see our availability when ordering.
Unclaimed packages
We charge 199: - for unclaimed packages. For international shipping , we charge 400 : - .
Payment
VISA / MasterCard We accept card payments by Visa or Mastercard. Card transaction will be conducted in collaboration with DIBS Payment Services . All information is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL). Strömsbergsgård will never have access to your credit card number . Price : 0, -
Invoice
Billing is done via Klarna. Payment Terms: 14 days. Price: 39 - . The service fee will be charged even if the item is returned.

How to shop in our Web- shop
First select the type of product you want to shop from the " Our Products" . Second click on the product that you want . 3rd Choose the color, size etc and click the " add to cart" . 4th If you want to buy more products , start from step 1. 5th If you're happy and want to continue to the checkout for payment , click on the " Checkout" in the " My Cart " . 6th Make sure your items in My Cart is consistent with what you've chosen. 7th Continue and fill in the information in the different steps. 8th Complete your order by clicking the "Submit" button . 9th After you submit your order you will receive an order confirmation via email .
Shop outside Sweden
If you buy from a country that does not have to pay Swedish VAT then it will be settled when you fill in your details at checkout. Note that there may be fees such as customs when trading abroad. Strömsbergsgård is not responsible for this type of contribution.
